  6. MIX MUSTARD,HONEY AND MELTED BUTTER AND BRUSH OVER THE SHANKS.
  7. ROAST IN THE PREHEATED. OVEN UNTIL THE SKIN IS CRISPY.
  8. SERVE WITH MASHED POTATOES OR PAP IF YOU ARE FROM SA.
